Coconut oil

Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions
- Prepare a cookie sheet with baking/parchment paper.
- Cut bananas in half and insert popsicle sticks.
- Melt chocolate, add vanilla, coconut/olive oil and stir well.
- Place chopped Cinnamon, ground flax seeds, coconut in a shallow bowl.
- Dip bananas in the melted chocolate and then roll in the crushed nuts and seeds.
- Place bananas on the lined cookie sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Once frozen, wrap individually until ready to eat.
