Fruit 'n Nut Protein Popcorn Snack Mix

12 cup Popcorn, air-popped (fresh organic)
3/4 cup Mixed fruit, dried
3 tbsp Almonds, raw
3 tbsp Walnuts (pieces)
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
3 tbsp Hemp protein powder, vanilla (or strawberry flavour, or any protein powder you like)


1. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any un-popped kernels.

2. Add dried fruit, almonds, and walnuts; toss.

3. Melt butter and honey in a small sauce pot; mix well. Drizzle over popcorn mixture.

4. Sprinkle with protein powder, mix well to coat.
