1 large Apple (sliced)
2 medium Orange (peeled)
1/2 cup Blackberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
1 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit
1/2 cup Cucumber (Chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon juice (dressing)
1 tsp Cinnamon (dressing)
1 tbsp Maple syrup (dressing)

Instructions


  1. Wash and chop fruit, berries and cucumber and combine in a bowl.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over fruit.
  3. Option to swap out fruit or berries for varieties that are readily available & cost effective. Pomegranate and pineapple are also great options!
  4. Enjoy!
