1/4 cup Blueberries

1/4 cup Raspberries
1 medium Apple (diced)
2 tbsp Flaxseeds (ground fresh)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice (cut in half)

  1. Pre-wash all fruits and prepare as directed then strain in a colander
  2. Mix in a bowl
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Grind flaxseeds in a coffee grinder, a dry blender, or a pestle and mortar. (You may use pre-ground flax powder but it is not ideal due to potential oxidation and rancidity)
