A sweet and salty twist on the quesadilla. Perfect for kids and back-to-school!

Whole wheat tortilla
Slice the strawberries and bananas into 1/2 cm thick slices and set aside.
Heat a large frying pan to medium-low heat.
Place the tortilla on the frying pan. Add one teaspoon of nut butter to the center of the tortilla. Then, add one-third of the banana slices and one-third of the strawberry slices. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Heat the loaded tortilla until it is light brown and the nut butter is soft and warm. Then, fold the tortilla in half to create a quesadilla.
Repeat Step #3 and #4 for each tortilla. Let cool and serve.
