3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F. (or use plain coconut yogurt for a dairy free version)
1 fruit Plum (sliced, preferrably cultured)
2 medium Fig, raw (halved)

Instructions


1. Combine everything together in a bowl and enjoy!

2. Other Fruity Yogurt Combos to stir in:

Berries + Maple Syrup

Peaches + Honey

Banana + Maple Syrup + Vanilla

Lemon Curd + Granola

Slow Cooker Apple Sauce

Dried Fruit (Raisins) + Cinnamon



Notes:

To make your own Greek yogurt, strain plain yogurt through cheese cloth or a nut milk bag. Yep.

 Save the stuff that comes out the bottom (whey) for fermenting yummy things.
