Press this crust into the bottom of parchment lined pie pan dish.
For the apple pie filling:
In a blender, blend together 3 apples with 25 dates, cinnamon, and nutmeg, until it reaches a thick, smooth, pie filling consistency.
Spread some filling over the date crust and top it with apple slices. Repeat as necessary to finish pie.
