Blend beans, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth. Add onion, avocado, chiles, salt, and black pepper, and blend until desired texture (chunky or smooth). Place in serving bowl, and stir in tomato and cilantro. Serve wrapped inside romaine lettuce leaves.
