1. Slice avocados in half, remove pits, and slice the fl esh of fruit into chunks.
2. Scoop out avocado fl esh into large mixing bowl.
3. Chop onions, garlic, cilantro, and tomatoes into small pieces and combine with avocado in bowl.
4. Add apple cider vinegar and spices.
5. Stir guacamole ingredients together aiming to slightly mash the avocados and leave some chunks remaining.
