2 cup Beets, raw ( peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick)
4 clove(s) Garlic (sliced thinly)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 dash Lemon peel (zest)
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 dash Black pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 375°. 
2. In an 8-inch square baking dish, toss the beets with the garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and coconut oil
3. Season with sea salt and pepper and spread the beets in a single layer
