Salt meat and let come to room temperature.
Lightly oil a wok or skillet with oil and heat on medium.
When it is hot, saute the steak slices until they are done about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the wok, lower the heat and and the ginger and garlic, stirring and cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the broccoli and cook for a few minutes, until lightly browned. Add the water, cover and turn the heat down to medium-low. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the broccoli is tender.
Add the coconut aminos, lemon juice, beef slices back to the pan and saute for a minute or two. Serve immediately.
