454 gm Brussels sprouts (washed, ends removed, halved)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 dash Salt

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a bowl toss sprouts with garlic and oil. Spread on a baking tray and season with salt.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes. Toss.
  4. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
