Garlic Ranch Grilled Chicken

2 tbsp Ranch seasoning, dry, McCormick
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 clove(s) Garlic (grated)
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (grated)
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon peel (zest)
1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
4 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless


  1. In a small bowl whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, olive oil, garlic, cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Taste for salt and add if needed.
  2. Place chicken in a bag, or in a container, and pour the marinade over top. Move the chicken around until all the marinade is coating the chicken. Let sit for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill over medium on high heat for 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
