Garlic Shrimps with Sherry

3 clove(s) Garlic (thinly sliced)
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped)
2 tbsp Sherry, dry
400 gm Shrimp, raw (large, uncooked)


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add in the garlic slices and cook for a few seconds. 
  2. Then stir in the prawns and cook for a couple of minutes until they start to turn pink.
  3. Pour over the sherry and cook for a few mins more, just until the prawns are cooked through. 
  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
