"Mandel" means almond in German. Try this for breakfast using almonds with the brown skin to add dietary fiber to your diet and extra vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
30 gm
Almonds, raw
(30 grams)
20 gm
Sunflower seeds
(20 grams)
1 small
Apple
1 tbsp
Cinnamon
Instructions
Place the almonds and sunflower seeds in your food processor with your fruit (apple) and blend.
Put it in a bowl and season with cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt (optional).
Eat it for breakfast like oatmeal or Muesli. Enjoy!
Note: You can add 10 grams of (rye crisp bread) to your food processor mixture if you would like to bulk up the recipe.
