1/4 cup King Arthur Gluten Free Protein Pancake Mix
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Ripple Milk
1/2 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
10 gm Reddi Whip Coconut

Instructions


  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth
  2. Place oil on skillet and heat to medium
  3. Pour batter making two pancakes per serving. Cook until bottom is slightly brown. Flip and cook until both sides are browned. 
  4. Top with cinnamon and reddi whip
