Coconut oil (melted)

Ginger, ground

Sea salt

Parsley, fresh (minced)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F (204C).
Wash and dry the salmon fillet and place it on an oiled baking sheet.
Spread the coconut oil over the fillet and then sprinkle with the ginger, and sea salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the thickest part barely flakes.
