1/4 cup Lemon juice (fresh)
1 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
1/2 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (1/2-inch knob of; peeled and chopped)
1 mango Mango (peeled, cored)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Salt (or more to taste))
1/4 tsp Black pepper (Fresh ground)
6 tbsp Water (or more if needed)
1 tbsp Poppy seeds

Instructions


Add all the ingredients except for the poppy seeds into a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Taste - adjust seasonings and add more water if too tart. Add poppy seeds.
