Ingredients


1/2 medium Frozen banana (or fresh ripe banana)
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned (unsweetened; plain)
1/2 cup Tofu, silken, soft
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
1 dash Cloves

Instructions


Blend at high speed in a blender.

Add 1 cup of ice if you like a thicker consistency.

NOTES:

Add 1 serving of your favorite protein powder to increase protein content.

Swap tofu for Greek Yogurt, coconut milk, or almond milk to accommodate allergies or sensitivities.

Use 2 pitted dates instead of maple syrup for a natural sugar with more fiber.
