1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 medium Banana (s)
1/4 slice Ginger root
3 date pitted Medjool date
1/2 medium Orange
1 cup Baby spinach ((handful))
1/2 cup Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions


  1. Add dates and almond milk to the blender.
  2. Peel and chop your banana, then add it to the milk with the grated ginger.
  3. Manually juice your orange and add it to the blender with your other ingredients.
  4. Add ice if desired. Blend until smooth.
