|1/2 medium||Banana (mashed)|
|2 tbsp packed||Brown sugar|
|1/2 tbsp||Coconut flakes|
|2 tbsp||Coconut flour|
|1/4 cup||Coconut milk, reduced fat|
|2 tbsp||Dark chocolate chips|
|1 tbsp||Pecans (crushed)|
1. Combine dry ingredients: coconut flour, brown sugar and baking powder in a small bowl and mixed until they were combined.
2. Add the mashed banana, almond butter and milk into the same bowl.
3. Combine both of the dry and wet ingredients together and once the mixture is free of lumps, add the toppings: chocolate chips, pecans and shredded coconut.
4. Place mixture into a half pint mason jar and put in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
