Ingredients
3 medium
Egg
(yolk and white separated)
1 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
(or any milk of choice)
3 tbsp
Butter, grass-fed, salted
(melted)
1 1/4 cup
Gluten free flour
3 tbsp
Moringa
(powder)
3 tbsp
Coconut sugar
1 pinch
Sea Salt
1 tsp
Baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat frying pan on the stove at medium heat. 2. In a separate bowl, makes meringue by whipping egg whites until hard peak. Set Aside 3. In a separate bowl, mix all remaining wet ingredients which is egg yolks, milk and butter. 4. Mix the dry ingredients; GF flour, moringa powder, sugar, salt, baking powder. 5. Mix together the dry and wet ingredients, and then gently mix in the meringue. Don't over whip it ! 6. On a medium heat of the pan, pour the mixture using a ladle, and flip after you see some bubbles on top. Usually 2-3mins per sides 7. Crush the walnuts into small pieces, and lightly toasted it on the pan. Without oil! 8. Layer the pancakes and add figs, blueberries and walnuts. Poured some honey on top. Enjoy!
