114 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (cut into cubes)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (mashed)
1/4 cup Slivered almonds
1/4 cup Red grape (halved)
1 pinch Salt
1 dash Black pepper
2 head Lettuce, butterhead (Boston)


1. Mix chicken cubes, avocado, almonds, grapes, salt and pepper in a small bowl.


2. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves to make a nice wrap and enjoy!
