Golden Berry Chia Pudding

1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
3 tbsp Chia seeds
1 1/2 tsp Acai berries (or acai powder)
1/4 cup Golden berries
1 tbsp Agave nectar (syrup)
1 tbsp Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt


1. Mix the chia seeds, milk and agave syrup into a jar. Stir everything together well and put lid on top.

2. Place the pudding in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours).

3. The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid should be fully absorbed.

4. Add a dollop of coconut yogurt, some freshly chopped golden berries and the berries for a breakfast packed with nutrients!
