|1 cup||Almond milk, unsweetened|
|3 tbsp||Chia seeds|
|1 1/2 tsp||Acai berries (or acai powder)|
|1/4 cup||Golden berries|
|1 tbsp||Agave nectar (syrup)|
|1 tbsp||Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt|
1. Mix the chia seeds, milk and agave syrup into a jar. Stir everything together well and put lid on top.
2. Place the pudding in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours).
3. The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid should be fully absorbed.
4. Add a dollop of coconut yogurt, some freshly chopped golden berries and the berries for a breakfast packed with nutrients!
