(or Organika powder 3 tbsp in water)

2 tbsp

Ghee
(grass-fed ghee or grass-fed; (you can also use coconut or MCT; ))

1/2 tsp

Turmeric, ground
(organic)

Ginger, ground
|
1 dash
|
Black pepper
(freshly ground)

(Sea; to taste)

Instructions
- Over medium heat on the stove top, heat the bone broth to a simmer in a saucepan.
- Whisk in the turmeric, clove ginger, salt and pepper. Simmer for a couple minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a high-speed blender. Add ghee, butter or coconut oil. (alternatively, you can use a hand/immersion blender)
- Blend on medium-high for a minute until creamy, frothy and everything is well combined. Pour into mugs and serve right away. Enjoy!
