Golden Bone Broth Latte

Ingredients


2 cup Bone broth, Organic (or Organika bone broth powder, 3 tbsp in water)
2 tbsp Ghee (grass-fed ghee; or, you can also use coconut or MCT oil)
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground (organic)
1 dash Ginger, ground
1 dash Black pepper (freshly ground)
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)
1 dash Ground cloves

Instructions


  1. Over medium heat on the stove top, heat the bone broth to a simmer in a saucepan.
  2. Whisk in the turmeric, cloves, ginger, salt and pepper. Simmer for a couple of minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a high-speed blender. Add ghee, butter or coconut oil. (Alternatively, you can use a hand/immersion blender.)
  4. Blend on medium-high for 1 minute, until creamy, frothy and everything is well combined. Pour into mugs and serve right away. 
  5. Enjoy!
