2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Ginger, dried (or 1-inch fresh ginger, sliced, chopped)
1 tsp Honey (to taste)
1/8 tsp Turmeric, ground (mix with ghee for flavour)


Place milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add ghee and ginger. Stir well if you are using dried ginger.

Let the milk begin to simmer — small bubbles will form on the sides of the saucepan. Stir.

Allow to heat for another minute or two being careful not to let the milk overheat.

Turn off heat, cover, and allow the mixture to sit for ten minutes or so to improve the infusion.

Serve warm and enjoy!
