A creamy and comforting tea with the anti-inflammatory power of turmeric.
Ingredients

Soy milk, unsweetened
|
1 tsp
|
Turmeric, powder
|
15 gm
|
Sweetener, syrup, agave
|
1/4 tsp
|
Ginger, ground
((or smallpieces of fresh ginger))

Cinnamon

Instructions
1. Add plant milk to small pot and add other ingredients. Warm slowly on low/medium heat until simmering.
2. Allow pot to simmer for about 5 minutes. Take care to not allow the contents to boil.
3. Remove from heat, pour into serving mug
4. Enjoy!
