1 tbsp | Tahini |

Fry the egg on a non-stick pan in butter to desired doneness.
Toast Ezekiel sprouted bread. Smear on tahini. Add avocado and smash with fork. Top with baby spinach.
Finish with fried egg on top and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
Sprinkle egg with sea salt.
