1/2 tsp Butter, unsalted (organic)
1 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9 (toasted)
1 medium Egg
1 1/2 cup Baby spinach
1 tbsp Tahini
1/2 tsp Herbes de provence
1 tbsp Avocado (smashed)


1. Fry the egg on a non-stick pan in butter to desired doneness.

2. On the Ezekiel sprouted bread, smear on tahini.

Add avocado and smash with fork.

Top with baby spinach.

3. Finish with fried egg on top and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.

4. Sprinkle egg with sea salt.
