6 fruit Red grape
2 cup chopped Watercress (Can replace with cilantro or parsley )
2 cup Baby spinach
1 tbsp Maca powder
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
3 slice Ginger root
5 slice Cucumber
3 cube(s) Ice cubes

Instructions


Blend the chia and flaxseed first in a dry blender until powdered. 

Peel the ginger and add the remaining ingredients. 

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
