1/4 cup Sunflower seeds (raw)
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (raw)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded
1/4 cup chopped Apple
2 date pitted Medjool date (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Coconut milk, sweetened

DIRECTIONS

  1.  Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Enjoy!

     

Notes:

TIPS/SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Substitute any nut milk for coconut milk.
  • Add a quarter teaspoon of nutmeg instead of or in addition to the cinnamon for a hearty flavor!
  • You can also omit the dates and use liquid stevia instead.
