|1/8 tsp||Baking powder|
1. Put all ingredients in a blender/food processor and pulse until the banana is fully blended in and the mixture is frothy
2. Grease a griddle with butter or coconut oil, then pour mixture into a saucepan or onto a flat griddle on a medium/low heat. Cook until the edges are done and bubbles form.
3. Flip and cook for about 20-30 secs, or until the underside is done.
