1 medium Banana
2 medium egg Egg

Instructions


Mash the ingredients together with a fork or potato masher then beat until you cannot identify the ingredients.

Use a ladle to pour some batter on a greased hot skillet or frying pan. When the pancake has lots of little bubbles on the surface the pancake should be flipped.

Top “pancakes” with nut butter, or fresh fruit!
