1 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1/2 cup Coconut, shredded
1/3 cup Honey, raw
1 tbsp Coconut sugar
1 tbsp Ghee (or butter)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (optional)
1 pinch Salt
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/4 cup Dried cherries (chopped, optional)
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)


Toast oats and coconut in a hot oven or dry pan. Melt honey, sugar and ghee together. Combine with oat mix and vanilla. Add hemp, cherries and chocolate. Press into 8x8 pan and place in fridge. for 25 minutes. Cut bars while still warm or it will get too hard.
