1 grapefruit Grapefruit (pink or red)
2 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (or cinnamon or honey (optional))

Instructions


1. Slice grapefruit in half, using a serrated knife to slice the flesh from the skin.

2. Sprinkle with hemp hearts, and maple syrup if using.
