1/8 tsp Ginger, dried
1 cup Grapefruit (pink or red)
1 tsp Honey

Instructions


Peel grapefruit and slice in flat circles.

Mix ginger and cardamom with honey into a spicy paste. Drizzle over the sliced grapefruit. Cardamom is optional.
