1 tbsp Wheatgrass
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
1 fruit Guava

Instructions


Mix together the powders with the liquid whey, and then stir in blueberries. Top with a dollop of peanut butter and a piece of guava!
