Greek Feta Mushroom & Sweet Pepper Stir-Fry

3 tbsp Greek Style Feta Dressing
3 small pepper(s) Orange bell pepper (Sliced)
1 medium mushroom(s) Portobello mushroom (Sliced)
3 small pepper(s) Red bell pepper (Sliced)
1 pinch Salt
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 block (12oz) Tofu, regular, extra firm (Cubed)
3 small pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper (Sliced)


1. Drain liquid from tofu and slice into cubes, and flash fry on medium heat for 5 minutes

2. Add Greek Style Feta Dressing & soy sauce to the frying pan (flash-frying helps the tofu absorb flavor).

3. Slice mushrooms and peppers, and throw them into the frying pan. Add 1 pinch of salt and fry for 5 minutes.

4. That's it! Serve with avocado toast.
