|3 tbsp||Greek Style Feta Dressing|
|3 small pepper(s)||Orange bell pepper (Sliced)|
|1 medium mushroom(s)||Portobello mushroom (Sliced)|
|3 small pepper(s)||Red bell pepper (Sliced)|
|3 tbsp||Soy sauce|
|1/2 block (12oz)||Tofu, regular, extra firm (Cubed)|
|3 small pepper(s)||Yellow bell pepper (Sliced)|
1. Drain liquid from tofu and slice into cubes, and flash fry on medium heat for 5 minutes
2. Add Greek Style Feta Dressing & soy sauce to the frying pan (flash-frying helps the tofu absorb flavor).
3. Slice mushrooms and peppers, and throw them into the frying pan. Add 1 pinch of salt and fry for 5 minutes.
4. That's it! Serve with avocado toast.
