3 tbsp | Greek Style Feta Dressing |

3 tbsp | Soy sauce |
1/2 block (12oz) | Tofu, regular, extra firm (Cubed) |
3 small pepper(s) | Yellow bell pepper (Sliced) |
1. Drain liquid from tofu and slice into cubes, and flash fry on medium heat for 5 minutes
2. Add Greek Style Feta Dressing & soy sauce to the frying pan (flash-frying helps the tofu absorb flavor).
3. Slice mushrooms and peppers, and throw them into the frying pan. Add 1 pinch of salt and fry for 5 minutes.
4. That's it! Serve with avocado toast.
