1. Lay turkey breast out and spread hummus over the top.
2. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over top and then roll up the turkey breast.
3. Cut in half and Enjoy!.
These can be made 1-2 days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
