2 medium Tomato (cut into wedges)
1 medium Red onion (sliced or cut into pieces)
1 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (cut into rounds or sliced)
3/4 cucumber(s) Cucumber
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
1/4 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 sprig Oregano, fresh


In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, olives and feta. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss with cucumber dressing.

Tip: Add Dakos (Greek barley husks) to salad to make it more authentic!
