1 tsp | Garlic powder |

1. Prepare Tofu Feta according to recipe on page 81.
2. Rinse fruits and veggies.
3. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds and then into halves or quarters as you desire.
4. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
5. Leave olives whole or slice in half or thirds.
6. Slice red onion into thin strips.
7. Combine ingredients and add juice of a lemon.
8. Mix salad with a spoon until well combined.
9. Enjoy!
