1/2 cup Oregano, fresh (chopped)
1/2 cup Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1/4 cup Lemon juice
3 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 medium Tomato (chopped)
1 medium Zucchini (chopped)
1 cucumber(s) Cucumber (diced)
1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
1/4 cup Hummus
4 10-inch tortilla(s) Spinach Tortilla


1. Combine first nine ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Spread on each wrap ¼ amount of hummus, then the veggie mixture.


3. Sprinkle olives over the top, then roll them up like a burrito, tucking in the sides to hold the ingredients in.


4. Cut in half and Serve! Enjoy!

    Very good! Keep dressing separate from veggies for storing leftovers.
