|3 cup||Baby spinach|
|1/2 cup chopped||Tomato|
|1/2 cup||Cucumber (peeled and sliced cucumber)|

1. Mix spinach, tomatoes, sliced onions, cucumbers and olives in a large bowl.
2. Top with grilled chicken (ready cooked) or kidney beans (canned and drained)
3. Add oil, vinegar and oregano and toss.
