|1 medium||White onion (cut in half and into 1/2-inch slices)|

|454 gm||Green/yellow string beans, raw (trimmed)|
|1 can(s) (14oz)||Diced tomatoes, canned|
|3 tbsp||Parsley, fresh (chopped)|
|2 tbsp||Dill, fresh (chopped)|
1. Heat ghee in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook for 4 minutes or until onions start to soften. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Add green beans, tomatoes and water and cook covered, for 7 minutes.
3. Stir in parsley and dill and remove from heat. Serve warm.
To save time trimming the beans, simply line up all the stem ends and trim in one cut with a chef 's knife.
