Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.

1/4 cup

Blueberries
|
1/2 small
|
Banana (s)

1 scoop

Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla

1 tbsp

Walnuts
(crushed)

1 tbsp

Honey
(or truvia)

1 tbsp

Hemp Seeds, hulled

Instructions
- Dish plain Greek yogurt into a bowl or glass container.
- Add the fresh blueberries and halved strawberries.
- Put the walnuts into a plastic resealable bag and gently roll over with a rolling pin to give them a gentle crush.
- Add walnuts to the yogurt and berries and drizzle over top with honey!
Notes:
Quick Tips:
- For some added crunch, add 1/4 cup of granola
- No blueberries or strawberries? Add chopped red apples, pears, or peaches
- Nut allergy? Use chia or hemp seeds to replace the nuts
