Ingredients


3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1/2 cup Raspberries
1 tbsp Walnuts (crushed)

Instructions


  1. Dish plain Greek yogurt into a bowl or glass container.
  2. Add the fresh raspberries.
  3. Put the walnuts into a Ziploc bag and gently roll over with a rolling pin to give them a gentle crush.
  4. Add walnuts to the yogurt and berries. 

 

 

Notes:

Quick Tips:

  • For additional nutrients and fiber, add 1/4 cup of granola. 
  • No raspberries? Add blueberries, strawberries, or chopped red apples, pears, or peaches. 
  • Nut allergy? Use chia seeds or hemp seeds to replace the nuts.
