1/2 cup chopped Apple
454 gm Chicken breast, roasted (shredded)
4 medium slice Ciabatta Bread (toasted)
1/3 cup Cranberries, dried
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2/3 cup Red grape (halved)
0 ml Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1 tbsp Lemon juice (freshly squeezed, to taste)
1/2 cup Red onion (diced)
1/8 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
1 pinch Sea salt (to taste)
1/4 cup Slivered almonds

Instructions


1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, red onion, apple, grapes, dried cranberries or currants, sliced almonds, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper, to taste.

2. Serve sandwiches on ciabatta bread with chicken mixture.
