1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, red onion, apple, grapes, dried cranberries or currants, sliced almonds, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper, to taste.
2. Serve sandwiches on ciabatta bread with chicken mixture.
