1. Add Greek yogurt to chicken cubes and mix until all the chicken is coated evenly. Add celery, apple, grapes, and almonds to the bowl and mix in. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Enjoy immediately; store remaining chicken salad in fridge for up to 3 days.
Add 1 tsp turmeric and mix in with yogurt for an anti-inflammatory boost.
