Ingredients
3/4 cup

Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
|
1/4 cup
|
Blueberries
|
1/4 cup halves
|
Strawberries
|
1 tbsp
|
Walnuts
(crushed)
|
1 tbsp
|
Honey
|
Instructions
- Dish plain Greek yogurt into a bowl or glass container.
- Add the fresh blueberries and halved strawberries.
- Put the walnuts into a Ziploc bag and gently roll over with a rolling pin to give them a gentle crush.
- Add walnuts to the yogurt and berries and drizzle over top with Honey!
Notes:
Quick Tips:
- For additional nutrients - add 1/4 cup of granola
- No blueberries or strawberries? - add chopped red apples, pears, or peaches
- Nut allergy - use chia seeds or hemp seeds to replace the nuts
