3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup halves Strawberries
1 tbsp Walnuts (crushed)
1 tbsp Honey


  1. Dish plain Greek yogurt into a bowl or glass container.
  2. Add the fresh blueberries and halved strawberries.
  3. Put the walnuts into a Ziploc bag and gently roll over with a rolling pin to give them a gentle crush.
  4. Add walnuts to the yogurt and berries and drizzle over top with Honey.




Quick Tips:

  • For additional nutrients and fiber, add 1/4 cup of granola. 
  • No blueberries or strawberries? Add chopped red apples, pears, or peaches. 
  • Nut allergy? Use chia seeds or hemp seeds to replace the nuts.
