1. Put plain Greek yogurt in a bowl or glass container
2. Add fresh organic blueberries and chopped strawberries
3. Add walnuts to a Ziploc bag and gently roll over with a rolling pin to give them a gentle crush
4. Add walnuts to the yogurt and berries and drizzle over top with Honey!
For additional nutrients - add 1/4 cup of granola
No blueberries or strawberries - add chopped red apples, pears, or peaches
