3/4 cup Unsweetened Yogurt
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries (or strawberries)
1 tsp Honey (or sub in cinnamon for lower sugar option)


  1. Dish plain yogurt into a bowl or glass container.
  2. Add the fresh blueberries and raspberries and drizzle over top with honey.

  • For additional nutrients and fiber, add 1/4 cup of granola. 
  • No blueberries? try cherries, raspberries, blackberries, or mango!
