Ingredients
3/4 cup

Yoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt
(or another vegan yogurt)

1/2 cup
|
Blueberries
|
1/4 cup
|
Walnuts
(crushed)
|
1 tsp
|
Honey
(or sub in cinnamon for lower sugar option)

Instructions
- Dish plain yogurt into a bowl or glass container.
- Add the fresh blueberries.
- Put the walnuts into a Ziploc bag and gently roll over with a rolling pin to give them a gentle crush.
- Add walnuts to the yogurt and berries and drizzle over top with honey.

Quick Tips:
- For additional nutrients and fiber, add 1/4 cup of granola.
- No blueberries? try cherries, raspberries, blackberries, or mango!
- Nut allergy? Use chia seeds or hemp seeds to replace the nuts.
